| Product Description | The FastAb mouse water-soluble adjuvant independently developed by Kamede Biotechnology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. features a patented formula and is suitable for the production of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies in both rats and mice. Compared with traditional Freesier adjuvants, FastAb mouse water-soluble adjuvants have many advantages: eliminating the antigen emulsification step, greatly saving the customer's time cost, requiring less antigen dosage, reducing the number of immunizations, having a higher antibody titer, stronger affinity, minimal damage to the natural conformation of the antigen, and being convenient for transportation and storage |

| Function | Immunogen dilution suggestion: Calculate the required amount of immunogen, and dilute the immunogen at twice the final concentration using sterile PBS or sterile physiological saline. For mice: A mixture of antigen and adjuvant should be injected 50-100 μ l each time, and 100-200 μ l for booster immunization. For rats: A mixture of antigen and adjuvant should be injected 50-100 μ l each time, and 100-200 μ l for booster immunization. Under aseptic conditions, take 10 μ l of the adjuvant and dilute it with the immunogen at a volume ratio of 1: 5 or 1: 10, then thoroughly mix. 3. Administer 50 μ l of the immunogen and adjuvant mixture subcutaneously each time for immunization. |
