Anti-Idiotypic Antibody Development

Anti-Idiotypic Antibody DevelopmentIntroduction

KMD Bioscience has been dedicated to Antibody Customization and Development research for many years. Anti-idiotypic Antibodies specifically recognize and bind to the variable regions of other antibodies. These antibodies have broad applications in pharmaceutical development, serving as critical reagents for Immunogenicity Analysis and enabling the Specific Measurement of Therapeutic Antibody levels in vivo, which is essential for Pharmacokinetics studies.

The rapid growth of Antibody Therapeutics has fueled a strong demand for Custom Anti-idiotypic Antibodies. KMD offers specialized Anti-idiotypic Antibody Development Services. We possess extensive experience in this field, with a deep understanding of the detailed experimental workflow and robust solutions to overcome common challenges in Anti-idiotypic Antibody Preparation.

Supported by a well-established antibody platform and a team experienced in both Monoclonal and Polyclonal Antibody Development, we deliver Anti-idiotypic Antibodies characterized by High Affinity, Specificity, and Sensitivity. Furthermore, we tailor experimental schemes to meet clients' specific downstream testing requirements.

Anti-Idiotypic Antibody Production Service

The antigen-binding region of an antibody (IgG) consists of several complementarity-determining regions (CDRs). Therapeutic Antibody Drugs, such as ADCs, typically utilize isolated CDR1 or CDR3 domains from the antibody variable region to conjugate with drug molecules, enabling specific in vivo targeting, such as cancer cell recognition. Anti-idiotypic Antibodies specifically recognize and bind to these variable regions (i.e., the CDRs) of another antibodies.

Utilizing our advanced Phage Display technology, KMD offers integrated Anti-idiotypic Antibody Services. Starting from samples like gene synthesis products, hybridoma cell lines, or peripheral blood lymphocytes, we construct diverse Phage Display Antibody Libraries (Naive, Semi-synthetic, Dully Synthetic) with high complexity (~1011 independent clones, ~1010 functional clones). We then screen these libraries to isolate Monoclonal Antibodies exhibiting High Specificity and Affinity for the target antigen (idiotope).

High-affinity Anti-idiotypic Antibody gene fragments identified through screening are cloned into our proprietary Phagemid Expression System using PCR. This versatile system allows for High-level Expression of the Anti-idiotypic Antibodies in phage, prokaryotic, and mammalian expression platforms.
