The Hemagglutinin-Neuraminidase (HN) spike protein as a multifunctional protein, the HN protein of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) is involved in various biological functions. It plays a pivotal role in the pathogenesis, immunogenicity and attachment of the virus.Most NDV vaccine strains such as La Sota and B1 are thermolabile, and only a few strains are thermostable. |
