* We accept protein, peptide, and various small molecule antigens. Our technical team conducts comprehensive evaluations of these antigens, including Immunogenicity Assessment, Peptide Structure Optimization, and Hapten Modification (conjugation to carrier proteins such as KLH, BSA, OVA, Hydralink, etc.).

* To obtain high-affinity antibodies, we typically employ a 90-day Immunization Protocol (shorter schedules available upon request), with Serum Antibody Titer monitored by ELISA.

* Collected antiserum undergoes purification via Affinity Chromatography (Protein A/G), Ion Exchange Chromatography, Antigen Affinity Chromatography, or Density Gradient Centrifugation.

* Measurement of Purified Antibody ELISA Titer, Western Blot Analysis, with optional detection techniques including IF, IP, or IHC.

* Available modifications include Enzyme Conjugation (HRP, AP, Biotinylation), Fluorescent Labeling (FITC, FAM, etc.), Fusion Tags (GST, His), Magnetic Bead Conjugation, or Quantum Dot Labeling.
