Animal Immunization

• Client provides antigen (small molecules/peptides/proteins acceptable; purity >85%, concentration >0.5 mg/mL, minimum 2 mg).

12-14 weeks

• Immunize one sheep (up to multiple ones) with 5 immunizations; conduct real-time ELISA titer monitoring.

• Collect 1 mL pre-immune serum as negative control.

• Perform ELISA titer testing on post-immunization sera (3rd serum sample optionally deliverable to client).

• Deliver to client: 1 mL pre-immune serum + 250-500 mL immune serum with ELISA test report.

Long-term Bleeding

• Immunize with 0.5 mg antigen emulsified in 0.5 ml Freund's Incomplete Adjuvant (FIA).

2-3weeks/ period

• Bleed 100-150 ml every 2 weeks; monitor serum ELISA titer.

• Deliver products to client with complete records and reports.

Terminal Bleeding

• Euthanize ovine for whole blood collection.

1-2 weeks

• Deliver crude blood product or provide further purification per client requirements.

Purification

• Purify ovine polyclonal antisera using DEAE Purification (ion-exchange chromatography) or Affinity Chromatography.

1 week

• Deliver purified polyclonal antibodies.

Serum

Pre-immune ovine antiserum 1ml and Post-immune donkey antiserum 250-500 mL.

Purified Antibody

Caprine-derived antibody purified by Protein G/A, 20-40 mg.

Analysis Report

Includes immunogen sequence, SDS-PAGE electrophoresis map, expression clone sequencing report, titer detection ELISA results; Provides antibody validation results (e.g., Western Blot, IHC, IP, IF) based on customer requirements.
