Antigen Preparation

* We accept proteins, peptides, and various small molecule antigens. Our technical team performs a comprehensive assessment of these antigens (e.g., immunogenicity), including peptide structure optimization and hapten modification (conjugation to carrier proteins like KLH, BSA, OVA, Hydralink, etc.).

Antibody Preparation

* To obtain high-affinity antibodies, we typically employ a 90-day immunization protocol (shorter durations available upon request), monitoring serum antibody titers via ELISA.

Antibody Purification

* Antiserum is collected and purified using methods such as affinity chromatography (Protein A/G), ion-exchange resin, antigen affinity chromatography, and density gradient centrifugation.

Antibody Validation

* ELISA titer of purified antibodies is determined. WB detection is performed. Optional detection via IF, IP, IHC, etc., is available.

Antibody Modification (Optional)

* Enzyme conjugation (HRP, AP, Biotinylation), Fluorescent labeling (FITC, FAM, etc.), Fusion tags (GST, His), Magnetic bead conjugation, Quantum dot labeling, etc.

Recombinant Protein
